presented by: Department of Economic Development & Tourism, Northern Cape
A huge welcome to all the paddlers who are joining us for the second edition of the GREEN KALAHARI CANOE MARATHON, brought to you by Orange River Wine Cellars, Safari Dried Fruit and Northern Cape Tourism!
With only a few days to go before the start of this amazing event, we would like you to take note of the various email addresses, Facebook Accounts and Twitter Profiles to follow. These Social Media streams will enable you, your families and supporters to keep track of what is happening at GKCM2013, also allowing them to interact with you, the other paddlers, the sponsors and the organisers. Please LIKE, ADD and TAG the various Social Media Forums, and spread the word regarding the main Profiles, Handles and Hash Tags as listed below:
TWITTER:
We have not created a GREEN KALAHARI CANOE MARATHON TWITTER Profile, as we already have most paddlers following the individual profiles below. We will however do so after this event in order to stream-line the Social Media flow; at this stage, however, please include the following @handles in your Tweets, and append the #gkcm Hash Tag at the end of your post - this will help us to get the event to Trend.
